Sales Territory Manager – Decorative Lighting Industry

Come be a part of the Holidynamics team! We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Territory Manager to help expand our customer base in the decorative lighting industry and achieve (and exceed!) sales goals within assigned territories.

Position Overview:
This is a true sales role. You will be responsible for managing and growing your own book of business — not managing other salespeople. The position combines both inside sales and field sales responsibilities to broaden customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory.
- Manage and grow an existing book of customers.
- Build strong, long-term relationships through consistent communication and support.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored product solutions.
- Meet or exceed established sales quotas.
- Travel to key accounts and attend trade shows as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of sales success.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Experience prospecting and developing new accounts.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Industry experience is a plus.
